What Is Your Return Policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your Relax, Please purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Relaxpleaseco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
Because Relax, Please is a consumable product, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used items. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 5 days of delivery, subject to applicable laws and our approval. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item, if required, has been received and reviewed. Please allow 7 business days for processing, plus any additional time required by your financial institution.
